These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jlff platform. By registering an account or using any part of this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Please read each section carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing jlff at jlff.bid — whether to browse, register, log in, or use any game or service — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on jlff. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. jlff will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using jlff, you agree to the following obligations and usage rules at all times:
- Use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, scraping, or unauthorized automated access is strictly prohibited.
- Do not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform's games, systems, or other users in any way.
- Do not use the platform in connection with any fraudulent, money laundering, or financially illegal activity.
- Do not share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access your account.
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform or its games.
- Treat other users and support staff with respect. Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
jlff reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, if these obligations are breached. Users found to have engaged in fraudulent behavior may be reported to relevant authorities in the Philippines.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on jlff — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are registered in their own name and that they are authorized to use those methods.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as processing times, are detailed within your account dashboard after logging in. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change at jlff's discretion with notice provided where required.
jlff takes reasonable steps to process transactions promptly, but is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or circumstances outside its control. Deposits made for gaming purposes are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced, except where required by applicable law. Withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and compliance with account security checks.
6. Limitation of Liability
jlff provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and consistent experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, error, or delay.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jlff, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the platform or any game on it
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure login credentials
- Technical failures, server downtime, or data transmission errors beyond jlff's control
- Any decision made by a user based on information presented on the platform
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Users retain their statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection legislation to the extent applicable.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
jlff reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in cases including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering
- Discovery that the account holder is underage or ineligible under applicable law
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable time
- Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in jlff's operational policies
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support through their account dashboard. Upon closure, any outstanding balances that have cleared all verification requirements will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts that have been closed due to a breach of these terms may not be eligible for balance withdrawal pending investigation.
8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content
All content on the jlff platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, interface design, text, graphics, game content, and software — is the property of jlff or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
The jlff platform may contain references or navigational links to third-party services, payment providers, or game content suppliers. jlff is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. The presence of any third-party content or service reference on the platform does not constitute an endorsement by jlff.
9. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
jlff may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where required, users will be notified of significant changes through their registered account. Continued use of the platform after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
